This demanding route winds its way through the lower Blenio valley below the slopes of Monte Matro.
After reaching Semione, climb up an easy asphalted forest road to an altitude of 1449 m "Ai Boll" and then continue on a dirt road to Puscedo. From here on a demanding trail, you reach the Pian d'Alpe hut, the highest altitude of the route (1764 m). The last 100 m of altitude difference can be covered almost exclusively on foot, pushing the bike. For information on opening, overnight stays and catering at the hut, see
www.utoe-biasca.ch/capanna-pian-dalpe.
From the hut, we take an exciting enduro route to Bidré. After a short section on asphalt to Diganengo, we enter the last very demanding enduro section to Pollegio; 1500 m of altitude difference for the palates of the most demanding enduro riders.
From Pollegio we return to Ludiano along asphalted stretches, gravel roads and a last stupendous uphill trail along the walls of the castle of Serravalle. .
